Returns

Riva Eyes accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. All item(s) must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original Riva Eyes packaging (box, felt case and microfiber cloth).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at rivaeyes@gmail.com We’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Any item sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
